Guests appreciate the warm behavior of the staff, particularly a lady at the front desk who takes care of breakfast. the rooms offer some advantages, like a good view and comfortable facilities. the bathroom is equipped with necessary amenities, like soap and shampoo.
The housekeeping service needs improvement. Guests have noted situations where bed sheets are not changed and the bathroom is not always cleaned properly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent with convenient access to transportation and a nearby shopping center. The breakfast was fantastic and provided a great start to our day. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk and who took care of the breakfast, were very warm and helpful.
Didn't dislike anything about this hotel. This city is a great place to visit and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is great since it is very near to several attractions and public transportation. The staff, especially a lady at the front desk and who takes care of breakfast, are friendly and welcoming. Another aspect that I enjoyed during my Easter stay was the beautiful view from my room.
The housekeeping was not up to the mark as some basic amenities were not replenished regularly. The bed sheets were not changed every day and at times the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

The breakfast was decent and the lady who was responsible for it was very warm and friendly. the location is quite convenient for sightseeing and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Overall it was an okay experience.
The housekeeping was terrible. They didn't change our bed sheets, didn't stock up coffee and toiletries regularly, and didn't clean our bathroom properly.
